Transcend.health is home to the Interdisciplinary Conference on Orthopedic Value-Based Care, hosted by the American College of Perioperative Medicine. The school’s most recent conference focused on breaking down silos and broadening perspectives. Participants were invited to explore the financial, clinical and operational aspects of orthopedic value-based care, and to learn from the conference’s diverse group of interdisciplinary speakers, which included renowned orthopedic surgeons, anesthesiologists, healthcare executives, orthopedic nurses and physical therapists. Clinicians and administrators also had the opportunity to uncover the latest trends in perioperative care in a series of interactive bootcamps.
