Positive.Health was created by Sharon Peck, the woman behind the private Facebook support group, “Nutrition and Lifestyle for MS”. Sharon discovered her passion for nutrition after she was diagnosed with MS in 2007. She went back to school, changed her career and began focusing primarily on MS. Sharon’s website is a place where she can share her nutritional knowledge along with the latest research and expertise from healthcare professionals.

Positive.Health is home to Sharon’s blog and biography, as well as a number of resources and videos. It is also a gateway to the Nutrition and Lifestyle Facebook group, where a community of MSers gather to watch educational videos and reviews, talk about the lifestyle and nutrition changes that have worked for them, and share information about MS.
