Our 2nd year at Health 2.0 Santa Clara – so much to ❤️

Last week, we joined health innovators from around the world at the Health 2.0 Annual Conference in Santa Clara, CA. This was our 2nd year at the conference, and we remain convinced that it’s one of the best. Health. Innovation. conferences. ever.

We were even more impressed with all of the amazing companies and projects built on .health that were at Health 2.0 this year — check them out here!


We were encouraged to see climbing scores of developers plugging into APIs from the nation’s leading electronic health records vendors. Especially exciting is athenahealth’s ever-popular “More Disruption Please!” (MDP) program for health tech developers, and its affiliated app store for athenahealth clients, which lives at!

Gokay Abaci, an intern at MassChallenge in Boston, is building into a showcase of best practices of innovation and design for health, in addition to insights and interviews about the use of design to solve major health challenges to improve the wellbeing of everyone in the world.

Michael Joseph was on site meeting with partners and collaborators as he builds – seeking to become the leading advocacy organization and virtual community for sharing inspiring stories, information, best practices, and lessons learned that instill and promote empathy in the digital health age.

Bayer is doing some seriously amazing work with digital health startups. Eugene Borukhovich, Global Head of DigitalHealth Innovation at Bayer took the mainstage to showcase their work. Interested in working with Bayer G4A? Be sure to signup for their newsletters at!

Hareesh Chandrupatla, Founder & CEO of Hyppe, is building a Hypertension Predictive Patient Engagement platform that uses A.I. & gamification to help patients treat and manage hypertension.

Matthew Holt, co-founder of Health 2.0, announced his advisory firm for health tech startups – built on a .health of course!
